Get to Know Me

For over a decade, I’ve combined a deep passion for helping people with hands-on real estate experience. As a mother and homeowner, I understand how personal and important each move can be. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating across the country, or transitioning to a new chapter, I’m here to guide you with insight and care.

My husband and I bought our first home in Lexington years ago, an experience that solidified my belief that homeownership is both a financial investment and a foundation for family. Since then, I’ve helped clients move across towns, states, and even continents, and the excitement of helping people find their place never fades.

I stay current on local trends, tour homes regularly, and leverage advanced market analytics. With strong negotiation skills and A+ marketing strategies, I ensure your home reaches the right buyers.

Whether you're planning a move soon or just exploring your options, I’d be honored to help you understand the market and support your next steps.

Let’s connect for a complimentary market analysis and a conversation about strategy, communication, and what matters most to you.

In October of 2020, Maija Sawyer listed our home at 9 Coach Rd. in Lexington. Our home was beautifully staged, priced well, and sold within 1 week with multiple offers. She was a brilliant negotiator and we couldn't be more pleased with her services. We would welcome the opportunity to work with Maija again.
